Group Pensions/Gratuity schemes

Group Pension/Gratuity Schemes are set up in order to ensure that the company have provisions in place in the event of an employees end of service payment or providing employees with security in retirement. These schemes are held off the company balance sheets to ensure they are separated and protected.
